People Are the Heart of Everything We Do.

Building Teams Without Borders.

A note from our founder

My name is Cherry Parker, and Alba Teams started with a simple belief:
that talented people shouldn’t be limited by where they happen to live.

I grew up in northern Luzon, in the Philippines, and got my start in the US call center industry — learning the business from the ground up, one call, one client, one late shift at a time. I saw firsthand how much skill and dedication existed in my community, and how often it went unrecognized simply because of geography. I also saw how many businesses abroad were desperate for reliable, hardworking talent but didn’t know how to find it, or didn’t trust what they couldn’t see.

So I built Alba Teams to close that gap — and I built it as a family business, because that’s what it has always felt like to me. From the beginning, the people who worked with me weren’t just staff on a roster; they were people
I was responsible for, whose livelihoods mattered to me personally. That’s why we’ve always paid above the industry standard, and why so many of our workers stay with us for years rather than months. Happy people do better work, and I’ve never seen a reason to compromise on that.

What started as a small operation serving the US market has grown into something much bigger than I imagined when I began. We’ve recently launched in the UK, bringing the same principles that got us here: careful selection, fair treatment, real accountability, and a genuine belief that remote doesn’t mean distant. Every worker we place is someone I’d be proud to have represent us, because in a very real sense, they do.

Alba Teams is still, at its core, a family business. As we grow into new markets, that won’t change — it’s the whole reason we exist.
